Tutorial - The market (The building)

First thing's first - this tutorial handles the market as in the market the building. Not the market where you can buy and sell raws. Now when we got that out of the way we can focus this tutorial on where and when you should build your first market. The market is the first building you should build in your town and is essential  for the start of your cashtowns town.

Where should I build it?
In the image above is where I think you should place the market and I think you will agree and these are the reasons for that:

1. This is the only place on the entire map that allows the market to cover three houses by its initial influence. This will allow you to upgrade the bottom three houses to level 2 as soon as you have build a Q2 road as shown in the picture. More about houses and upgrades for houses here.
2. When you have built your police station you can upgrade the market to level 2 and then cover all the 6  initial houses with influence from the market.  
3. This placement is also good because this is the start of your cluster of administrative buildings. Around this building you can build your first police station like I show here and your first firehall. 

When should I build it?
Like I said before almost as soon as possible. When you are done with the first stretch of road down from the town hall to the first house I suggest you build the market. First steps of cashtowns explained more in this tutorial.

Upgrade costs and influence required:

• Level 1: Access to road and 15 wood
• Level 2: 30 wood, 15 stone + influence of a police station and access to Q2 road
• Level 3: 45 wood, 30 stone, 15 iron + influence of a police station and a firehall and access to Q3 road
• Level 4: 60 wood, 45 stone, 30 iron, 15 clay + influence area of a police station a firehall and a hospital and have access to Q4 road
• Level 5: 75 wood, 60 stone, 45 iron, 30 clay + influence of a police station a firehall , a hospital and a restaurant and have access to a Q5 road.
